Returns Policy & Warranty Information

In the unfortunate event that you need to return or activate your warranty, the circumstances in which this can be done can be found below.  

Returns Policy

We operate a 14 day no quibble returns policy in line with your statutory rights. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase then please get in touch for us to discuss. Any faults must be identified and brought to our attention within this 14 day period for a return to be requested. Following this 14 day period and due to the high customer use of a sunbed, any subsequent faults will be recognised as user error or damage and will not be covered for. They will be covered by the warranty for parts only. (If a part is found to be at fault although this is highly unlikely.)

Warranty

All of our sunbed purchases come with a 6 month manufacturers warranty. The warranty includes any electrical or mechanical fault. We do not provide warranty on consumables such as bulbs etc. 

We offer a telephone fault finding service as we find that most issues can be solved easily and quickly over the phone. Please be aware that aftercare is limited to telephone support and the warranty covers replacement parts only. It does not cover any labour. The parts will be shipped out to the customer after diagnosing the issue over the telephone. A replacement sunbed due to damage or user error will not be granted under any circumstances and we recommend you cover the sunbed under your home contents insurance.
